The Institute for Medicines and Medical Devices of Montenegro (CInMED) informs marketing authorisation holders that an updated application form for the termination of the marketing authorisation for a medicinal product has been published on the CInMED portal, under the section Human Medicines and Veterinary Medicines, within the section Placing a medicine on the market / Instructions and Forms.

In addition, under the section Human Medicines /Placing a medicine on the market / Instructions and Forms, an application form for the revocation of the registration decision for traditional herbal and homeopathic medicinal products has been published.

All stakeholders are kindly requested to adhere to the updated forms when preparing and submitting documentation and to use exclusively the new forms going forward.
