When submitting samples to the Laboratory of the Institute for the purpose of requesting laboratory testing of samples, it is necessary to fill out the Request for Laboratory Testing form for conducting analyses of medicines, while for other samples (in commercial and scientific-research purposes)  the Request for Laboratory Testing (commercial samples) form must be submitted.

When submitting the samples, the forms can also be obtained at CInMED.

In case of suspected deviation from the quality standards of a medicine (medicine quality defect) or suspected occurrence of a falsified medicine on the market in Montenegro, it is necessary to immediately submit a report in the manner described here.
