We hereby inform you that the amendments to the Law on Medicinal Products were published in the Official Gazette of Montenegro No. 94/26 of 2 July 2026.

The amendments were introduced at the request of the European Commission, as well as for the purpose of further specifying and clarifying the provisions in order to ensure their more efficient implementation.
