On the CInMED portal, under the section Human Medicines / Quality Defects, newly revised versions of the Guideline for Reporting a Suspected Quality Defect of a Medicinal Product and the Reporting Form for Suspected Quality Defects or Deviations from Quality Standards have been published.

All stakeholders are kindly requested to adhere to the published Guideline and to use the available Reporting Form when submitting reports on suspected quality defects.
