The Institute for Medicines and Medical Devices informs marketing authorisation holders and wholesale authorisation holders that in accordance with the Decree on the criteria of setting maximum prices of medicines(“Official Gazette of Montenegro” br.130/21 and 09/22, 20/24 and 113/25) the acceptance of applications for medicines that are placed on the market in Montenegro, which are subject to prescription and are not included in the basic and supplementary reimbursement list of medicines will start on 15 October 2025.

Deadline for the submission of the documentation is 60 days.
