DVM Tatjana Babović is the head of the Department for Veterinary Medicines at the Institute for Medicines and Medical Devices of Montenegro (CInMED).

She was born in Belgrade where she completed elementary and high school. She graduated from the Faculty for Veterinary Medicine in Belgrade.

She has been on the position of the head of the Department for Veterinary Medicines since October 2021 and started working at the Institute in 2015 as an expert associate for veterinary medicines. Previous experience she gained working in the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management and in the Veterinary Administration of Montenegro dealing with matters from the field of veterinary medicines, animal protection and veterinary public health, and previously also as a veterinary practitioner.

She is fluent in English.

She is married and has two children.
