With the aim of increasing the transparency and improving relations with clients, the Institute for medicines and medic created a service that allows status tracking of submitted applications through the secure part of CInMED portal – www.cinmed.me.
In order to access the secure part of the portal, it is envisaged that each client (company) gets a user account and parameters for logging in and authentication on the portal that will enable status tracking of applications submitted to the Institute.
In order for a company to get access parameters (username and password) it is necessary to submit the Application for issuance of access parameters for status tracking of submitted applications via portal, content of which must be the same as the one shown in the example, typed on the letterhead of the company and properly filed, stamped and signed by the director of the company.
Upon received application, the Institute will set access parameters (username and password) for each company separately and inform the applicant about it, after which the applicant’s representative will be able take the document with access parameters with providing Authorisation to take access parameters for status tracking of submitted applications via portal, content of which must be the same as the one shown in the example, typed on the letterhead of the company and properly filed, stamped and signed by the director of the company.
This service is currently free of charge, while the annual fee will be determined at a later date.
